The drawing uses a retained Department of Industrial Relations workbook supplied in public-records production HQ64881. The workbook’s July 30, 2026 snapshot is the basis for every notice count; the Census files supply the fixed geographic reference.

Inspect or reproduce the distribution
The manifest lists the eight anchor coordinates, source line numbers, all 24 group-and-period counts, exclusion totals, source identities, and hashes. Each derived record carries its worksheet row, the nine selected original cells, the geographic decision, and any matched ZCTA point. Source-row pages check the record file against its manifest hash before showing the results.
